The JN Series insulation powder is independently developed by HLS and certified by UL and SGS. It features excellent mechanical properties, electrical insulation performance, oil resistance, seawater resistance, and corrosion resistance.
It is suitable for both imported and domestic equipment, mainly used for surface and slot insulation coating of:
Micro motors
Elevator motors
Oil pump motors
DC motors
Fractional horsepower motors
Applicable application methods:
Thermal spraying
Hot dipping
Electrostatic spraying
Electrostatic fluidized bed coating
Store below 23°C
Keep in a ventilated and dry environment
Shelf life: 3 months
20 kg per carton
Lower storage temperatures can extend the shelf life of the powder.
If stored at 6°C, the powder must be conditioned to ambient temperature before processing. Cold powder has poor fluidization properties and may absorb moisture from the air.
Conditioning time: 8–16 hours.
If packed in cartons, loosen the powder before use by shaking or kneading the powder bag.
